At the close of 2020, a year that saw many small businesses experience vast changes and diverse challenges as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic; ISBI Institute @Strathmore University Business School partnered with KASI Insight, in collaboration with Kenya Business Guide to conduct a survey for local business owners in Kenya. This was aimed at Reimagining the world of work beyond COVID-19.

This was a one-of-a-kind study, with a specific focus on how COVID-19 will impact the future workplace dynamics for SMMEs (Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises). By participating in this survey, participants contributed to the strengthening of our economy. By assisting in uncovering how SMMEs can build engaged and thriving workforce during times when business continuity is threatened and uncertain.

Participants who took part in the survey will then be provided with first access to the survey report once they are released and limited exclusive access to the KASI Hub, where one can access the latest consumer insights on how ordinary Kenyans and other Africans are coping with the continued impact of COVID-19 on their lives and livelihoods.
